Saint Joseph Montessori Celebrates 50 Years

Tucked behind Bethlehem High School and slightly adjacent to where the Anatok mansion once stood, St. Joseph Montessori Children’s Center now resides.

For more than half a century, Montessori has called Nelson County home while working to develop and educate students in a nontraditional method that allows the students to seize on what interests them most and will enable them to develop at their own speed.
